Fort Myers, Cape Coral Real Estate Markets on the Move
Since January the Fort Myers real estate market and the Cape Coral Florida real estate market has been on the move, with prices increasing over 35% while inventory levels have shrunk dramatically. Fort the past 6 years SW Florida was ground zero for the housing crisis, and finally this market is showing signs of life.
